Handwoven and hand embroidered British custom dyed wools.

I sat and drew the flight lines of Seagulls fishing at Hastings fishing beach in mid winter. I then translated and embroidered these lines onto my own handwoven fabric, which I made using colours collected from driftwood, seaweed and fishing line.

Stretched onto a frame.
