Handwoven and hand embroidered British custom dyed wools.

I sat and drew the flight lines of Seagulls fishing at Hastings fishing beach on a stormy mid-winters day. I then translated and embroidered these lines onto my own handwoven fabric, which I cut and pieced together by hand.

I made the colour palette from collected driftwood, seaweed and fishing line.

Stretched onto a frame.
