We aim to dispatch items within 3-5 working days of your order being placed, and we'll email to let you know your order is on its way.
Deliveries are subject to credit clearance and availability of stock. We will inform you by email when items are dispatched. All goods are subject to availability and may be changed at any time.
If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be offered an alternative or given a full refund. We will contact you to arrange this via email. Due to the current political climate, additional security checks are taking place in many countries. This may result in a small delay to the delivery of orders to certain countries.
IMPORTANT: Customs and duty
Please note that all shipments to countries outside EU and EFTA destinations may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.
Lost or Damaged Goods
In the event that any goods are lost or damaged in transit please contact us immediately either via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or by telephone on 07791 068547. In the case of non-delivery please wait 7 working days (14 days for overseas orders) from the date of your ‘your order has been despatched’ email in case it has been delayed. In case of goods received damaged or faulty please retain the goods and contact us within 7 days of receipt, whereupon we will arrange for the damaged or faulty goods to be exchanged or we will provide a refund of the cost of the goods.
